Important Safety Notice!
It has come to our attention that Dimplex has issued a dehumidifier recall notice for a batch of their 10 litre dehumidifiers.
The recall affects the Dimplex DXDH10N and DH212 dehumidifier models as a component on the printed circuit board may overheat resulting in the dehumidifier catching fire.
If you own one of the above model dehumidifiers take these steps:
- Remove the water tank and check the serial number which is located on the product rating plate.
- The serial number of affected products start with a 0, 1 or 2.
- If you have an affected unit stop using it immediately and turn it off at the mains before unplugging the unit from the socket.
- Call one of the following Dimplex numbers:

Dimplex has stated that it will give a non-faulty dehumidifier to those who are affected by the above recall. Therefore you should contact Dimplex through the above phone numbers as soon as possible to avail of this swap.
You can still buy all other Dimplex products with confidence as it was only a specific batch of dehumidifiers which were recalled. All other Dimplex appliances remain unaffected and are safe to use.
